Mercy Gilbert Medical Center will include
a 200-bed hospital (the city’s
first) and 325,000 square feet of adjoining
medical office space. The medical campus
will house complementary health services
such as
doctors’ offices, skilled nursing,
physical therapy and research facilities.
The Santan MotorPlex will house more
automobiles than any other dealer site
in the Valley and will become one of
the largest in the country. Uniquely
designed and situated on 130 acres,
the Santan MotorPlex will have 15 national
automakers.
Spectrum developers have sold all of
the surrounding residential tracts to
11 high-end homebuilders, with a projected
5,000 single family and apartment homes
to be built in the community upon completion.
